BOOMS are one of CRP's TOP WORKHORSES
CRP's development of BOOM design has had constant care and evaluation for over 20 years. Actually CRP's first ones were made of chicken wire! The booms are now purchased in 100' lengths and then properly installed and maintained. CRP's latest RAINBOW BOOM design is highly effective in keeping trapped debris within the BOOM instead of catching the debris and then having it float back out due to a change in weather or current.
BOOMS cannot always be properly emptied by hand picking. CRP has developed a boat and grapple system for retrieval of the heavy and toxic debris BOOMS contain.
